Lotawata Creek adds pulled pork nacho to the menu

Our new menu now includes "The Big Tin Can" Pulled Pork Nacho... The best "Dang" pulled pork nacho you've ever had. Layered nacho chips, BBQ pulled pork, melted Cheddar and Jack Cheese, our special cheese sauce, fresh Pico de Gallo and jalapenos, baked in the oven and served in the can and dumped on your plate. "Not your typical restaurant!! This restaurant is apparently not part of a chain. Everything about it seems to be rather unique. That includes the decour, the menu, and the staff. The menu is four or five pages long. We had the BBQ Pig Mac pasta and it was very good. The portions are huge - my wife and i split an entree and we still couldn't eat it all. "

Banana Pudding

We take mama's homemade banana pudding recipe, roll it in a crushed vanilla wafer crust. then we fry it to a golden brown and top it with a caramel sauce, whip cream and vanilla wafer crumbs.
